Signature Caribbean Fusion Dining Experience
A vibrant dining experience combining classic British favourites with bold Caribbean flavours. Choose buffet dining (minimum 20 guests) or plated dining (minimum 30 guests) with a starter, main course and dessert.
Plated enhancements include Sirloin Steak (£12), Lobster Tail (£18), King Prawns (£8) and Surf & Turf (£25).

For the Caribbean Fusion Dining Experience, the minimum is 20 guests for buffet dining and 30 guests for plated dining.

Do you offer vegetarian options?
